Permanent Team Captains

The University of Alabama football team named its team captains today. An honor usually reserved for senior football players. Not this year. The captains are Senior Darren Mustin, Junior Rashad Johnson and Junior Antoine Caldwell. These guys will do the hand and footprints at the foot of Denny Chimes. I guess if Rashad and Antoine get it next year they will have their footprints twice? not sure. The naming of the Juniors seems to shed a little light on the senior leadership as this award was voted on by the players. Of the three captains, two of them are former walk-ons. The players mentioned that Caldwells leadership didn't suffer during his four game suspension.
