Saban Bowl round 2 to Alabama

Wow what a game! I know you all watched it, but wow. This was a great test for Alabama. We came from behind and won, we won in OT, and we are now 10-0 (6-0). We are still #1 in the BCS, AP, and coaches poll. This also snapped a 5 game losing streak to LSU. The good news is we are still not getting respect. The latest bowl predictions show us playing in the Sugar Bowl as the losers of the SEC title game to Florida. Great job to JP. He was 15/31 (yes I want to harp on the fact that he was less than 50%, but he had some good plays), 215 yards and no TD’s. It was great, he didn’t get us beat, even with an interception. Julio caught 7 passes for 126 yards, who according to CBS commentators was having a bad game because he was a freshman. I can’t wait to see what he can do at a sophomore level! Coffee continues to be the most important part to our team. He is a great runner, 26 carries for 126 yards. Game review here. MSU game is going to be a 6:45 game. I like Tidesports.com for Coach Nicks review of the game. Don’t forget to vote for Alabama in the Pontiac Game changer.

JP is a mediocre QB, and he was playing a little less than his average performance. Thank goodness though he is a good manager and he is cool, calm, and collective under pressure. He would have had a better catch/attempt ratio if the players he hit in the hands would have caught the ball.

Julio. What can I say? He is a man beast! To see a freshman catch a ball across the middle, get hit, then drag 5 defenders 10 yds is absolutely amazing! With the exception of Michael Crabtree, Julio is the best receiver in college football. Period.

Visiting Death Valley was a great experience. I would suggest that anyone try to see a game there atleast once in their life. LSU fans smell like corndogs. They are really nice people once you can get passed the initial rudeness. Great game, loved beating the coona$$es in their own stadium with their own coach!
